Plan and billing

Who can use it. The account owner only, from Settings → Billing. Staff, field and customer accounts don't see it.

What it's for

One place to check where your subscription stands: which plan you're on, when you'll next be charged, how much of the plan you're using, and where to change your card or plan.

What's on the page

Current plan. Your plan's name and status (Active, Trial, Payment problem and so on), its monthly price in NZD including GST, and the next date that matters: when your free trial ends, when the plan renews, or when it cancels if you've asked it to.

Usage. Beside the plan (underneath it on a phone) are your staff seats, portal clients and open deals. If your plan has a limit for one of these, you see the count against the limit, with a bar that turns amber when you're close and red when you've reached it. If your plan has no limit, it says Unlimited.

AI assistant usage. On plans that include the AI assistant, a second panel shows how much of this month's allowance your team has used, when it resets, and a Buy more credits button. See AI assistant for how the allowance works.

How to use it

  • Change your card, download invoices, switch plan or cancel: press Manage billing. It opens Stripe's billing page, and you come back here when you're done. If a payment has failed, the button says Fix payment details instead and the page tells you what's wrong.
  • See what each plan includes: open Compare plans. You're on a plan already, so changes go through Manage billing, and Stripe works out the difference for the part of the month that's left.
  • No plan yet? The plans are shown open under Choose a plan, each with its own button to start a subscription.
  • Closing the account is in the red Close account section at the bottom. See Closing your account.

Good to know

  • Prices are monthly, in New Zealand dollars, and include GST.
  • The usage counts are your whole business, not just your own work.
  • Dates are shown in your business's time zone, set under Regional and tax settings.
